State of Grace
In which Stephen has a healthy new baby, a functioning new marriage, and the love of a good man -- so, naturally, this is when things start to go to hell.
This is an excursus to Expecting, chronicling the breakdown that happens when Stephen begins to lose the walls he's so carefully built between lust and love, between doubt and security, between being gay and being good.
The title is from the Billy Joel song, which pretty much hands you the plot, at least from Jon's point of view.
